Magicard MC600KO/2 has a black resin panel for printing simple images, barcodes and text on one side of a card and an overlay panel for applying a clear layer over the same side of the card for added durability. Monochrome ribbon cannot print variations of colors; it can only print one-color text and images. Monochrome ribbon reduces ribbon waste because it only uses the amount of ribbon that it needs.
